Community Safety Survey

Each year we work in partnership with Dorset Police to carry out a Community Safety Survey. This provides best value by reducing costs and is a good example of joined up government and prevents consultation fatigue.

Council Tax

Now that the Service is a precepting Authority we are required to consult the public on its Council Tax. We carried out a consultation exercise through the citizen panels of Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole in 2003 and continue to consult through the Community Safety Survey on these issues (see above).
