Dorset Fire and Rescue Service is run by the Dorset Fire Authority.

We have a total of 26 fire stations:
  • Three of which are staffed purely by wholetime.
  • Three are staffed by wholetime and retained.
  • One is staffed by day duty and retained.
  • The remaining 19 are staffed wholly by retained.
